- We define client O&M and asset database requirements – Asset Management System & Maintenance systems.
- We define configuration management implementation plans (BIM requirements).
- We populate O&M management systems (functional breakdown structure, system hierarchy & MEL’s)
- We carry out maintenance reviews using RCM/FMEA methodology based on system & asset importance using a graded approach.
- We develop & produce System Information Sheets, Technical Basis of Maintenance and EIM&T schedules.
- We define EIM&T requirements based on client capabilities (Make/Buy assessments).
- We define critical spares and consumable items for commissioning, preservation & operation.
